By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Return & Exchange Policy online store:
We gladly except returns for most items.
We hope that you love your purchase, however if you would like to return any item please contact the gallery via email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch item back within 28 days of delivery.
Conditions of return
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it is unused and is in the same condition as when you bought it.
Earrings however are not allowed to be returned.
Please return in the original packaging with all labels attached for refund or exchange.
Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
We can only exchange with an item from the same artist maker.
We will refund or send out an exchange item once the original is received back or proof is sent of return.
Unfortunately, postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in the post. If returning a product, please retain proof of postage, we recommend where possible to use a tracked service.
Please include a note with the returns including your order number and address.

Returns are not accepted in store unless the product is faulty, or unless agreed by the gallery. Exchanges with a receipt will be given but MUST only be exchanged for the same designer/maker within 28 days of purchase.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

It may take longer than usual to ship orders, so please do bear with us. We will aim to dispatch orders within 1 week, sooner where possible. Our postal services are working as fast as they can to deliver parcels but there are also still some delays with postal services at the moment.
FREE CLICK AND COLLECT
You can pick up your order from our gallery located in THE FOXLOWE ARTS CENTRE, LEEK. Select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at the checkout.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification from us. Bring your order confirmation information with you when collecting. We kindly ask you to adhere to social distancing measures in place in the store when collecting an order and please wear a mask. Thank you.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Fox and Crow Gallery and its licensors.
